Hansjörg Hauser and Ludwig Franz
Hansjörg Hauser and Ludwig Franz
Hi,
Looking for pictures of these 2. Both holders of the RKT and DKiG in 25th Pz.Gren.Div. Searching the net have yielded no results. I know there is a unit history, but haven't been able to get my hands on it (yet).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That leaves "Geschichte der 25. Division. Die Wiederaufstellung der 25. Pz.Gren.Div. - Herbst 1944 bis Kriegsende. - Wilhelm Schrode, Selbstverlag, 1980". Both fell summer of '44, so doubt they will be featured there.
Trying to gather info about the major battles this unit was involved in now, to see if they are pictured there.

Thanks again, Jan-Hendrik. Weird, can't even find "Sterbebilder" of these men.
If I'd only known where they where born, local newspapers at the time of award or death would be an option. Haven't looked thru clips from DW at the time of award, either.
