and
Case No. 12-2000 & 12-390A & 12-391 & 12-565 & 12-1872 & 12-1892 & 12-2127 & 12-2182 & 12-3188 (US vs Jurgen Stroop et al) Tried 21 Mar. 47.

Sept 44-May 45 commander security police Wiesbaden
On three occasions,October,December 1944 and February 1945 he ordered U.S airmen to be killed.
Hanged 22nd October 1948 Landsberg

Heinz Hellenbroich born 1906
ss sturmbannfuhrer joined gestapo 1934 and ss in 1938.
October 1941-February 1942 served in Einsatzkommando in Russia
criminal police Vienna
Kommandeur der sipo Nuremburg
Ordered the killing of airmen in Darmstadt
Hanged 15th October 1948 Landsberg

Hans Eichel born 1890
ss oberfuhrer joined nsdap 1931
police director Offenbach July 41-March 45
Ordered the killing of two U.S airmen and admitted being responsible for their deaths.
Hanged 3rd December 1948 Landsberg

Artur Feuhr born 1910
ss unterscharfuhrer joined ss and nsdap 1932.
1939-45 Wiesbaden gestapo as driver and mechanic
Fired a shot at a U.S airman and was present when two others were shot on 19th October 1944.

Mutschler Friedrich : Gendarmeriemeister sentenced to Life.
Haak Alois :Kreisfuhrer of the Gendarmerie sentenced to 25Years.
Philipp Viktor :Oberluit. Gendarmerie sentenced to 3 Years.
Fuerboeck Johann :Gendarmerie Official :Acquitted.
and Last person is indeed Petersdorff Kurt :Gen.Major Gendarmerie and Police , commanding
officer wehrkreis 5. also acquitted.

This Fritz Girke is puzzling me. I have him as a Stubaf and Leiter Stapo Darmstadt (from May 1944), but there is no reference to him being a Stubaf in the 1944 DAL. Furthermore, there is no mention of him in the 1938 DAL. Can anybody provide me with further information on this individual, please, including date and place of birth, SS and NSDAP numbers, when commissioned Ustuf and when promoted to Stubaf? Thanks
