If not Hitler but some one else was the dictator of the Third Reich, the outcome of the war would have been the same . If not Goering,but Kesselring had been the commander of the LW, the LW would still have been unable to give 6 Army more supplies in Stalingrad ...

Thank you for the reply. I do not have source material on the subject. Does this mean that the eastern flank, incl. the Protektorat and the Generalgouvernement, was poorly covered with early warning radar and radar-equipped night fighters compared to the mainland Reich?
