Hi,

the pictures of the items I bought from the auction site in Turkey. In your opinion original or fake? Actual values for how much?

Thank you....

I agree with Mark.... The Autographed photo, Iron Cross, and both rubber stamps are all fakes of no value. Sorry but these are "pretty bad" as far as stuff goes (a July 20, 1944 Wound badge rubber stamp, no less....awful!). Avoid sensational items like SS or Hitler-related, also avoid stuff easy to reproduce...like rubber stamps. Start "small" and learn what to look for .... you'll save alot of money in the long run.

Franco-Prussian War 1870 Iron Cross first class, looks suspicious, it's necessary to see some pictures of reverse ( Hanger and Marks ).

Kamikaze,
It's not easy to explain why these are so obviously bad.... the Autograph is not "freehand", it's too "perfect" for a post card signature of which Hitler signed VERY FEW, and the Reichstag cancellation is also highly questionable... Hitler wouldn't be signing Post Cards nor would they be cancelled there in this manner.

The two rubber stamps are also fake.... as I stated, the July 20, 1944 one is ridiculous, while the other is plausible, it too is an Eastern European fake... it shows no use and is extremely easy to make. You can get just about anything in the realm of Rubber stamps.... Complete with vintage handles, off E-Bay.

The 1870 Iron Cross 1st cl. does need closer inspection of the reverse, but EVERYTHING I can see from the photo provided looks BAD to me. The box is wrong, the detail lacking, and aging looks artificial. Plus an 1870 Iron Cross 1st Cl. is VERY RARE and should have commanded a fairly large Bid....

I've been a collector since 1958 and dealer for over 40 years.... it's taken many years and many mistakes to learn what I know about this stuff. If the Auction house is legit, you should be able to return all these items. I would!
Include better pictures of the 1870 Iron Cross (especially the reverse) but no need for better pictures of the other stuff.... nothing will change for them (all being bad I mean)..... more pictures won't help!

Kamikaze,
Nothing has changed... the stamps are fake no matter what they are made of (just called "rubber stamps")..... the Golden Party badge is pure junk, nothing like an original.... I appreciate you're desire that they be real, but they are not. If I had the slightest doubts I'd say so....but all this stuff is BAD!
Meant with warm wishes and friendship...
John G.
