Interesting history........
SA and SS in same box.........Probably started off in the SA and later changed to SS ?! Some one else might be able to bring up his listing and records .

The other one marked: SS RZM 123/34 ..I could not find any associated maker for ????
Looked up maker on SA dagger : P.D.Lüneschloss , Solingen !
That is all I can help with for now .

As another member said, quality and design are so poor (look at the "fake damascus" of the blades, poor fittings, etc...) that we have here all the signs of a reproduction. Even a "simple" Himmler's letter opener in damascus has much more craftmanship and quality that what is presented here. Sorry to say that if you paid more than 50 USD for these you've really been had. Of course the story is nice... We all know what it usually means.

As pinted out above, the workmanship of these is so bad that I have serious doubt that they were even of German make - it seems more like a modern Spanish product.
In view of this, even a price of $50 seems a little bit exessive

My opinion:The daggers are FAKE.

Look at the handles the eagle and the SA / SS button are on the top of the handles,and the blades!!!!!!!!! are they bad done or what????
These daggers are to bad done to be period made.
Contact the seller and try to get your money back, you have been fooled.

I have to add my name to the list that thinks these are postWW2 era minatures.The pix aren't the best,but the quality just doesn't seem to be 3rd Reich era manufacture.
Real minature SA daggers can be counted on one finger(from a book published in 1987,'Me Fecit Solingen",by Skipper Grennwade.Real SS minatures are only a little more common.

Absolutely right opinion - the blades looks like very bad engraved or carved, it is a simulated damascus-steel ! On the whole, my opinion is the same - very bad reproduction, despite of very nice story....

Good reproductions of III Reich daggers were made here, some models are still confusing by their good finish.
I never saw that set around here, or anything similar
