Hello. Can anyone identify this badge/pin for me? Is it real?

RADwJ ( Reichsarbeitsdienst der weiblichen Jugend ) Labour Service of the Reich of Female Youths.
Good one, but with broken pin.

Old thread but new information for the readers that may view this in the future. The badge is RADwJ related but it is actually for the "Kriegshilfsdienst" or female RADwJ that had fulfilled their duty and then had a six month compulsory duty ( mandated in 41' ) helping out in the civilian war effort by working in different occupations such as Postal services, communications, nursing etc; and wore the attire that normal employees would wear with this badge being the only indicator that set them apart.
