Imperial Unit on Binocs

Can anyone possibly help me ID the unit scratched onto this DF03 Imperial German binoculars? Looks like 16.3.R.11.3 or IG.3.R.11.3

Thanks. So could this be interpreted as 3rd Infanterie Geschutz company of the 11th Regiment or something like that?
