Rather from Croatia, at least this is the language of the caption.
"Za dom spremni" means "For homeland - ready!" and was the official salute of the Ustaša.

"Poglavnik" was the title used by Ante Pavelić, as Hitler used "Führer".
So most likely a present from him.

Ok ! Agree! I marked the caption (which I translate from the russian text) with a question mark! As I was aware that the word 'Poglavnik' is indeed used to indicate Ante Pavelic. But I stayed at the russian text!

Will continue posting some more gifts some later! There will be also the same quantity & quality of photos regarding ultra rare uniforms they laid their hands on in the wardrobes or cloakrooms of the Reichskanzlei. They keep an original jacket belonging to Adolf Hitler, an evening spencer belonging to SS-OGruf Julius Schaub, a unifrom of Joachim von Ribbentrop etc. Will post this upon finishing the "Gifts Section"...!

No prob, Roman! Just glad that you confirmed my doubts while translating. I guess I spent too long in the area of Heeresgruppe Süd; I remarked that I am constantly using these exclamation marks. My answer is meant in a positive and constructive manner.
