Wilden Militaria - Experiences?

Post by Graublitz » 14 Jul 2016 17:02

Hello.

I recently ordered a repro item from from a Spanish vendor named Wilden Militaria. Their website is www.wehrmacht.es

I noticed there is barely any English customer feedback online about them. Does anyone have any experiences with them? They seem to ship with Zeleris which is a compeltely new company to me.

Update: Just received my brown SS service shirt and I am quite pleased. It was as the site described and only took a week to arrive via DHL. It needs some ironing and it had a couple minor stains but other than that is is exactly what I paid for. The button holes were also sewn a bit too tight for the buttons to slip in so I had to open them a bit with scissors (Seems like a mistake in the factory). Anyways, Recommended!

Placed an order on their website. It says they ship to Portugal. I was was advised by industry specialist elsewhere that it is legal to receive such goods into Portugal. It is a neighbouring country to Spain anyway. Waited 2-3 business days for any news on shipping. I usually wait for up to a week, which is normal when goods get shipped out after a week. And if availability is marked as "Preorder" I can wait a month to have goods shipped to me. After emailing my inquiry I received a message that my order was cancelled because they do not ship to Portugal and a PARTIAL refund was issued. I made an investigation of the invoice and I noticed that they want to keep the "Paypal fee", which should be against Paypal's rules and UNETHICAL as well as damaging to the seller to charge such as fee in the first place. Such fees as Paypal and credit card fees should always be absorbed by the merchant. Yet they not only charged the Paypal fee, but the merchant also wanted to keep it and not refund it.
