Post by Moparman » 08 Mar 2017, 22:34

Hi guys, I was on auction and bought a nice painting of a Finnish soldier, also there was a coat uniform , hat and leather strap. The uniform matches the painting and auction carrys away. I payed 2000 SEK for these things. Did I pay to much??? Regards Roger

How much is 2000 SEK in US Dollars (or Euros)? What period and rank is the uniform? Pictures would really help.

I posted the paintings in another tread. 2000 SEK is 200 us dollar. The painting with blue collar is really something , It must be made by a professional , dated 42 . I really wish I had name on these solidiers so I can do research on what paths the did during the war.

Photos are everything that brings light into the darkness or you won't find your way of any answers.

Resize the photos and post them ...they will be quite large when uploaded here.
