WW2 Elgin Pocket Watch

#1

Post by brindle » 16 Feb 2019, 13:38

I understand that this Elgin GS Mk II pocket watch was made during 1942/3 based on the original serial number 41227275. Does anyone know what the inscription T.K. 8156 underneath the pheon on the back means and were these watches only issued to British Army personnel?

Many Thanks
Phil
