Smle bayonet

Hi everyone. I'm new here, and am hoping for some info. I aquired a pattern 1907 smle bayonet made in india RFI. Rifle factory ishapore. Issue date is 1/41
I was led to believe that these blades were all shortened, but this one has the original 17" blade. Any info would be helpful. Thank you

There are more examples of SMLE Pattern 1907 bayonets made in India ( R.F.I. ) during 40's , with a long blade of 17 " ;
Maybe were made for Indian purposes only
