Hi can someone help with telling what these marking mean on these two separate first model luftwaffe dagger?

Welcome to AHF.

The last picture shown markings of someone named Richter, who served in the Stab,1st Gruppe of Jagdgeschwader 11. ( Stab I./JG11 ).

While, in the first picture, perhaps, A.G.115 is for Aufklärungsgruppe 115 ( Reconnaissance unit ).

I can't say anything about this number 13.
