Info about an E.D.M. pocket watch

Post by nowhere_man » 27 Jun 2023 14:37

Hi everybody.
I'm an Italian collector of vintage watches, including military ones, and I'm trying to understand the meaning of the acronym engraved on the back of this pocket watch. Up to now without result.

As you can see it's a Recta and given that Recta was a supplier to the Wehrmacht during WWII, I'm assuming that it was also a supplier to some of its allies.

In this case of the Einsatzstaffel der Deutschen Mannschaft.

Do you think it is possible?

Any suggestion welcome. Thanks
