Bayonets: K98k and M-48A

I have a Yugoslav M-48A Mauser rifle that came complete with bayonet. Would this type bayonet fit a wartime German K98k Mauser? This bayonet has a muzzle ring, and I'm led to believe that most (or all) K98k types did not.

No, I do not belive it would fit.
