Any BARs in warlord armies?

#1

Haven't seen these mentioned much when reading about Chinese warlord forces, but given that the Browning Automatic Rifle could be found in the hands of everyone from the Polish military to American gangsters, I would be surprised if some didn't find their way onto the Chinese arms market during the 1920s. I know the Nationalist forces had some during the Sino-Japanese War, and received further stocks from the Americans during WW2, but I'm curious to know if any warlord armies fielded them...

FN made BAR's used in China

FN model 1930 caliber 7.92 mauser

By which warlords? Also, the Model 1930 entered production after the end of "high warlordism" in China. If you read my op, I'm asking primarily about the 1920s.

There is no evidence that Chinese warlords were equipped with BAR in 1920s.
In 1933, the Nanjing national government ordered the first batch of 1700 FN bars. The next year, the Ministry of finance came forward and ordered another 5000.
Before the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, a total of 9100 FN bars flowed into China. After the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan, 8000 were urgently ordered, of which 7400 arrived. Therefore, a total of 16500 FN bars served in various departments of the national army.
