Did the Chinese army have any kind of trucks in military use for towing artillery pieces for example during this period? Som russian, german oder japanese or maybe even french or british?

From 1937 to 1942 the Chinese used limbers and pack mules as artillery prime movers. IIRC they had some Japanese and German trucks and utility vehicles, but I think they mainly used limbers and pack mules.
