I hope this photo helps a little bit. The original caption reads:

In a close-up, General Lee has a pin which says "13A", possibly meaning the 13th Army. Other than that, I have no further info on him.

阿里亚尼·李，国民党第13军司令部少将参谋（沈阳军区）李宝堂的女儿,当时国民党军队中唯一的女上校。她祖父李家鏊曾于1923年任“国民政府”驻苏联大使。这期间她父亲李宝堂结识了一位俄罗斯姑娘，并娶她为妻。抗战胜利后阿里亚尼.李随13军进入东北，由于其中俄混血的特殊身份在国民党军队中负责与沈阳及满洲里的苏联驻军的联络工作长达9个月。
Translation:
Ariade Lee was the daughter of Maj General LEE Pao-tang, Staff Officer of 13th Corps, the only female Colonel in that Command. Her grandfather Lee Chia-ao was Chinese envoy to USSR in 1923,his son Maj General LEE met and married a Russian girl there and then. Col Ariade LEE went with her father and 13 Corps into Manchuria after VJ Day and was a Liason Officer dealing with the Red Army for 9 months.
