Can anyone identify what type is it? It seems that the condition of some parts are quite good.

I think the most important thing is the serial number plaque shown in the sixth slide. I'm sure there's somebody who could identify the exact aircraft from that, but I'm unfortunately not enough of an aircraft geek to know the answer myself.
