Command Structure of National Revolutionary Army

What was the command structure for ship borne movements? Once the NRA reached the Yangzi in August 1926, there was increasing use of ships to transport troops; usually, if not always as complete units--companies, battalions, regiments, divisions.--I count seven such movements (divisions) through the fall of 1931. Somebody had to command, organize or coordinate. Records anyone? Always interested in units, departure and arrival dates and names of ships. Many thanks in advance.
