Naval/River Forces of the Fengtian Clique?

#1

Post by Hama » 17 Sep 2017, 15:14

Could anyone help me with information on what sort of vessels were used by the Fengtian Clique during Zhang Zuolin and Zhang Xueliang's rule? I'm not too sure about coastal vessels but I have seen a few passing mentions that they had some riverboats in service, some of which were later taken over by the Manchukuo Navy. For example, I may be wrong, but I think the Manchukuo vessel 'Jiang Tong' (江通) may have been previously in service with the Fengtian military?

Any info on vessels used by the Fengtian Clique would be helpful.
