One of the 90mm M1 (?) anti aircraft gun (ex-USSR, ex-Chine) is located in the Museum of the Vietnamese Air Force and Air Defense in Hanoi. Although the museum plate says that it was originally delivered to China from the Soviet Union, but perhaps this artillery gun was delivered to Nationalist Chine and later captured by the PLA.

Re: 90mm AAA used by Chinese Nationalist?
Thank you guys.
The 90mm in Vietnamese museum is actually the exact reason for my question. According to Vietnamese Air Defense Forces history, in late 1954 Vietnam received a large number of weapons, including 20mm, 37mm, 40mm, 88mm, 90mm AA guns. There is no clarification of which was provided by USSR or PRC though.
My guess is all German stuffs (20mm Flak 30, 88mm Flak 18, 75mm PaK 40, 105mm K18 etc) came from USSR while US stuffs (20mm Oerlikon, 40mm Bofors, 90mm M1, 105mm HM2 etc) came from PRC.
As for the French, I never heard of them using 90mm AA in 1st Indochina war. Even if they did, it's unlikely that the Vietnamese were able to capture them.
