German Advisers With the Chinese Nationalist Air Force

Post by Edward L. Hsiao » 24 Apr 2019 19:06

Gentlemen,

Robert Ritter von Greim was one of the German advisers that was helping with the organization of the Chinese Nationalist Air Force between 1924 and 1927. What were the names of other German advisers that were helping Greim with the organization of that Air Force? Most of the Germans were WWI military fliers. Thank You.

There were indeed a large amount of German Advisers in China.
At least two flight lieutenants Mo ltke and Lehmann were send to teach pilots in Chinese military academies. However, I don't know much about the development of the air force at that time so I cannot give more info on them.
