5 — MUKDEN ARSENAL
d. Pistols:
No pistols are manufactured or assembled in Mukden, but it is reported (January, 1928) that a new factory has been built at Chinchow 錦州, on the Peking-Mukden line, which can produce, probably by assembling parts purchased abroad, 500 pistols of a Czechoslovakian model per month. This promoter of this factory is stated to be one Max Engel, of Mukden.
Source: Report from United States Military Attache, China, dated 1928-03-27.

Does anyone know the name of the factory that assembled this pistol and what the pistol looked like?
