What if Turkey joined Axis?

I wonder that. Along World War II also Allies and Axis urge Turkey. But Turkey choose neutral. What do you think about it?

Turkey actually joined the Allies and declared war on Germany on 1 March 1945! OK, so they didn't do any fighting. But it's the thought that counts.

Turkey would have joined the Axis at a similar stage - after Britain had made peace or surrendered, and just before Russia gave up.

No WAY was Turkey going to do any fighting! Not after WWI and the Turko-Greek war of 1921.

As I understand it, Turkey was more nervous about Bulgaria than it was for any other nation (at least after the Balkans campaign). Was there a conflict between the two between the wars, or did the miss trust run deaper?
