No way this was going to happen. Germany's neighbors would have been (and were, much later) worried about a rearmed Germany, not to mention the Pacific war was still raging. Patton going rogue would be even more unlikely.

i dont think the germans would be interested in helping us after we took part in destroying their country and killing their civilians :/

I think it would take more than Patton to rearm the German military. :P

Seriously, it would take a long time to rearm the troops, the German military was defeated and demoralized. Can't see them contributing much for quite a long while.
