What would Kato Svandize's role in both world wars have been like if she hadn't died from typhoid fever?

Everyone knows that Stalin's first wife, Kato Svanidze, died of typhoid fever after being married for three years and giving birth to one son. However, I wanted to ask what role Svanidze would have played in both World Wars I and II if she hadn't died of typhus, because in World War I she might have led local protests against Russian involvement in the war and Yakov Dzhugashvili's life would have been different.
