"Über dem nassen Abgrund. Als Kommandant und Flottillenchef im U-Boot-Krieg".
Has anyone read it?

Since he died many years before the 1994 publication date, was it his work/words or by an editor/ghost writer?
He passed in 1986 so I have to wonder when he wrote the text and how much was added afterwards.

Hello,
according to page 228 of schulz'es first edition, he wrote the book himself. He closed the manuscript in Fall 1984.
The Book was first published 1994 with the support of Peter Tamm, founder of the international maritime museum (IMM) in Hamburg.
