This U-Boat looks like a type VIIB like U-46.
U-77 is a type VIIC.

If you compare these two photos you can notice some differences. Size and shape of the radio aerial inlet. A little roof above the right side light.
On the color photos you can also see a red horseshoe mounted to the front of the conning tower. Another picture of U 77 (from your webside).

Note the school symbol painted on the conning tower of U 46 (not in Hoegel`s book).
On this picture U 46 doesn't have the symbol because she is no longer used as a school boat.

The first boat is one of the type II B (U 7 - U 12). The most probably U 8 (I`m not sure).
The second boat is U 58.
