Hello to all
; thanks for your help, fully appreciated. So far (and from various sources) what I have is a type VIIC with FuMO 29 antenna and the port is St. Nazaire. Cheers. Raul M

Only patrolled from Brest. I think it is St Nazaire? Which other type VII had 38g?

Hello
It is Saint-Nazaire (confer joined photos). It is the same house on the photos : If it's Saint-Nazaire, it isn't U 628 (1st U-flotilla in Brest).
I don't know. No distinguishing marks on this U-Boot (6e or 7e U-Flotilla).

Re: Uboote ID
Hello to all
; about this U/K U-boat, could be U 624? she was attached to the 7th U-Flotille at St. Nazaire and in her first patrol sunk four ships (7 with the 3 HMS LCT aboard one of them). The U Boat (second picture) carried four Sinking pennants (the first red).

What do you think? Cheers. Raúl M

Yes could be but the "skipper" does not look like Soden Fraunhofen?
