U 35 as one Polling Place?

Post by tigre » 06 Jun 2015 21:24

Hello to all :D; a little query......................

A U Boot as a Polling Place?

On 05.02.1938 the U 35 sailed from Wilhelmshaven → → → → 09.02.1938 she was in El Ferrol. On 04.10.1938 sailed from Cádiz → → → → 15.04.1937 - arrived again in Wilhelmshaven.

The sail: U 35, under Kplt. Werner Lott, carried out maritime surveillance off the coast of Spain due to the Spanish Civil War. The boat was also in Ceuta as a polling station during the vote of the Austrians regarding the union with the German Reich.
