Possible U-boat typ XXI and wich ?

I think this is a typ XXI, but wich, and what crew is showing ?
This is a canvas covering on the head of the sky periscope ?
I have a doubt about the color of the periscopes. It's too light. Maybe the periscopes were painted in yellow during training in the Baltic sea ?

Hi, No takers on this one?
I blew up the picture and the badge on the commanders hat seems to be a polar bear-the head and shoulders that is going from right to left.

I cannot see that it resembles anything else.

It certainly looked like a XXI. They carried a yellow stripe on the tower while training. Not sure about the periscope.
