Hi, here are a couple of KTBs for boats operating in the Baltic in the fall of 1944:
http://uboatarchive.net/U-242/KTB242-3.htm
http://uboatarchive.net/U-475/KTB475-1.htm
You can click on the Google Earth Map link at the top of each page to see where the boat was operating.

Try to read "Steel and Ice. The U-Boat Battle in the Arctic and Black Sea 1941-1945" by Lawrence Patterson. Good source to getting started. Chapter 9 is about Baltic 1944-45.
Other way is go to https://historisches-marinearchiv.de/pr ... ingabe.php
Search subs: U.242, 250, 348, 370, 475, 479, 481, 679, 717, 745, 748, 1001, 1193

If you can read finnish, then there is quite good article in "Sotahistoriallinen aikakauskirja 27":
JUHANI LIEVONEN: Saksalaisten sukellusveneiden toiminta Suomen lähivesillä vuosina 1944-45
