Emblem of U 374

There are some images of U 374 on ebay today. None show an emblem but I have this image in my collection marked U 374!!!
Is it correct? please

Hi Nobby, The emblem seems to be made up of four parts.
1 A bear drinking.
2 A portcullis.
3 An eagle without a crown or two heads--Not a imperial eagle.
4 What appears to be vines or snakes entwined around the portcullis.
A city or town emblem? lets hope someone can tell us.
