Definitely not Żeligowski, he had a beard already in 1920. If it wasn't for the chin I'd say Sosnkowski, but not him either. Looks like Franciszek Wład or Konstanty Plisowski, but both had way less hair... Could you tell us anything more about the picture? Where is it from? Any captions? Anything?

There is some writing on the reverse of the card. A place name and date (1920) and an inscription of some kind.

Jaś jako Szef Sztabu
M(inisterstwa) S(praw) Wojsk(owych)
Grudzień 1920

Jaś = diminutive first name for Jan

jako = as

Szef Sztabu = Chief of Staff

Ministerstwo Spraw Wojskowych = The Ministry of Military Affairs

Grudzień = December

Organizational chart of The Ministry is here - https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministers ... Wojskowych - unfortunately only surnames for all Chiefs, will leave Googling to you!

Ha! So it must be gen. Jan Niesiołowski, chief of staff of the ministry of military affairs (read: vice-minister) after the creation of this post on 10-08-1920 (source). He retired in 1921 and briefly served as the commandant of the short-lived Military Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology (soon abolished and superseded by a purely-military university). Not sure what happened to him afterwards, this site claims he died in 1940, but it also conflates gen. Jan Niesiołowski with Colonel Jan Niesiołowski (1876-1936), also serving in the General Staff in 1920 as head of department, so I'm not sure it's 100% accurate.

Thank you for the information.
A quick goggle search has revealed Jan Niesiołowski 1876-1840.
