Seeking information about Stalag Camp 357

I am seeking to understand the history and timelines regarding Camp 357 which I think was near Kopernikus in Poland and beyond..
My understanding is that all the prisoners from Camp 357 in Poland were moved ( as Russians advanced), to a place in Germany onto the site of an old camp called Stalag XI-D …. The name Camp 357 was carried to the new location.... IS my information correct???? Can someone help with the timeline of the move and the process used to move the prisoners..
Thanks
