Of course, that's what the ruling party was saying, allocating all credits to itself.
It wasn't especially unusual, but the Soviets and later the communists used it in their propaganda constantly.

Isn't it fair to say that Poland is currently stronger than it ever was, though? It's certainly safer than it was for an extremely long time!
