If the Whites win the Russian Civil War, is Poland still likely to conquer the Kresy (eastern Poland) and to control it for decades? Or would Poland's odds of doing this have been significantly less with a White victory in the Russian Civil War than with a Red victory in the Russian Civil War due to the Anglo-French viewing a White-led Russia as being astronomically more reliable and thus being much more willing to accommodate and its interests relative to Poland?

A number of what-if's too far for me, I'm afraid. Too many moving parts.

Well, Poland's army was both stronger and more modern than the armies that the Russian Whites put forward, even if they could put these armies together into one combined force/army, correct?
