The structures are in ruins..townhouses? Apartment buildings?
even hazard a guess where it was taken?
if it was taken in Warsaw....possibly 1943 when the ZOB/ZZW forces...wither dead or fled...all that was left was Civilians?

I wasn't aware of any Warsaw Ghetto Uprising footage. In such films, they merely steal it from the Warsaw Uprings without attribution (and then claim it was for "illustrative purposes" if pointed out.)
At that time, the uprising wasn't that important to be filmed; in Warsaw, they called it "disturbances."
The photo is from the boastful and unofficial Stroop Report. It shows rounding up of Jews (later mostly sent to work camps of Poniatowa and others) during the liquidation of the ghetto.
