Hello i wonder when this pic is taken? It seems that one of the guys in the back is wearing a russian uniform?

The photo was taken in Warsaw during the early days of the Uprising in 1944.

The men are AK, the one to the who appears to be a Russian is a Corporal/Cadet, and is probably wearing a Soviet helmet.

The “WIKING” cuff title was likely taken at the SS depot on Stawki Street

Thanks, that's what I suspected, but I found the pic on a site which was only in Polish.

To be precisely it was taken on Okulnik Street in Warsaw at 14 August 1944. And it comes from series of photos related to the capture of German Sd Kfz 251/3 Ausf D (from Wiking) by Polish upraises:
