Unknown Polish prewar General - help!!!

I have a problem with recognition of that Polish prewar General. Picture was taken in 1938 or in 1939 and presents (this is only fragment of whole picture) visit of that General in southern Poland in ammunition factory. The beard of that General is characteristic so that it might help to recognize him.

I would be really thankful for any help, suggestions.
Unfortunately the lexicon of Polish Generals - where their outlines could be presented, does not exist. Generally, such sources of information do not exist in Poland...

Perhaps you can remember the name by viewing the information on Polish Generals on this site: http://www.generals.dk/nation/Poland.html

Henryk, thank you for useful link.

It is a pity that I do not know the General's name.

I read that Schally Kazimierz Piotr, Brigadier-General visited that factory - but I haven't seen his picture yet, so I can not confirm is it really he.

Try entering the names of the generals from the site into:http://encyklopedia.pwn.pl/0_3.html
Perhaps there will be a picture of the one you are looking for.
