It's a casemate de Bourges, situated at a fort type Séré de Rivières

It is not Maginot Line. It is probably World War I era.

It is a"Tourelle type GF4 Model 1899" for 2-8 mm hotchkiss machine guns. It was used in the new and reconstructed French forts built prior to WW I.
