That is Casemate Petit-Rhin located on the Rhine River near Colmar.

Blockhouse 101 in Fortified Sector Montmedy near Sedan. The weapons embrasure was subjected to direct fire.

If it is, the end closest to the camera, certainly isn't. It looks like that end feature was added on at some point. The color of the concrete is different with the end being lighter. That would indicate, to me, a more recent pour than the original bunker behind it. The fact there are obvious form marks in the concrete, the non-match in height, the long open slot which is definitely not a design feature of a Maginot bunker, and that the concrete was not fully compacted (you can see that on the lower face of it) says to me that's an add on.
