Sturm78,

This is one of the 164 mm Mle 1887-93 of the French coastal battery of Les Capelains that defended Cherbourg harbor in 1940.

Hi Sturm78,

Yes, it is one of the "164 mm Mle 1893-96 sur affût 1893-28" guns of the French battery at Fort Lapin in Calais.

It is the Cap de la Hève battery in Le Havre. We can see the lighthouse through the arms of the 2nd soldier from the right. :idea:
