You are totally correct in your ID. From ethe 95 mm gun in the background this id the french battery at Cape Griz Nez in 1940.

Lahitolle, not Latiholle.

I don't know where the pictures were taken. But the fact that these two guns are mounted on a platform made of wooden beams indicate a "batterie de circonstance" (i.e. an ad-hoc battery) as the most probable or a "batterie de semonce" (i.e. a "warning shot" battery).

There are actually two guns on the picture:
1) Foreground: 24 cm Mle 1876
2) Background: 90 mm Mle 1877 "sur affût de bord" Mle 1916

Location: Fort du Chay in Royan (France)
