Help Id. coastal gun
Re: Help Id. coastal gun
Sturm78,
It is a 138 mm Mle 1910 (caliber: 138,6 mm). And I believe that the battery is the French coastal battery at Le Portel (Mont de Couppe) near Boulogne which was armed with 4 x 138 mm Mle 1910 guns. You can see the other 3 guns in the background as well as the fire control post on the left.

Re: Help Id. coastal gun
For my money the gun is too small and the emplacement too simple for a 194 MM, I looks more like a 138 MM M1910.

Hi all,
Two images from http://lehavrephoto.canalblog.com/archi ... 00925.html
Battery Dollemard, Le Havre
I think 138mm Mle 1910 guns, although A. Chazette say 13.8cm KM24(f) guns for this battery.

These guns are indeed 138 mm Mle 1910.
The "beute" designation of 13,8 cm KM24(f) for the Mle 1910 guns of this battery and others can be found originally in Rudi Rolf's book "Der Atlantikwall".
The other "beute" designations I have seen for the Mle 1910 are:
13,8 cm K10 (f) SKC/24 KL/40 (by Alain Chazette)
13,8 cm KM 10(f) (by Rudi Rolf)
13,8 cm KM 19(f) (once by Rudi Rolf)
Some sources refer to the 13,8 cm Mle 1924 as the 13,8 cm KM24(f). It seems the most logical to me.
