Madjaloun, Lebanon air base?

In June 1941 several Vichy-French bombers were stationed ,but i don't find its location. Any idea?

Well, hard to tell. There are two possibilities.

It could be misspelled Marjayoun
This 1941 German map of airfields has spelling Merdjayone for the same place.
On this forum they recon Marjayoun = Madjaloun

But there was another airfield - Ras Baalbeck - not far from a place called Majdaloun.
