There are any production of this weapon from September39 to June40 or under Vichy ?

AFAIK there was no weapons production permitted by the Armistice. There was some clandestine research and procurement. ie: 200 agricultural tractors were imported, made by the White automotive company in the US. the same who built armored cars for the US Army. And yes, it was the same chassis, engine, drive train. it just lacked the 'armor' panels wrapped over the chassis. Rumor has it the French laid in a stock of ready to instal steel panels somewhere. There were some clandestine tank gun projects as well.

Thanks Carl for the answer, some years ago on another forum someone speaks about more than a hundred tubes of the weapon were found in Schneider factory of Tarbes after the liberation.But i lost the way for such article.
