French Mobilization Plans 1940-43

Are there any English language sources offering details for the French plans for building their military up to defeat Germany. I stumbled across fragments & can make some education guesses from actions taken 1939-1940.

Absent English language recommendations of French language & discussions of thereof are sought.

Thanks & Merci

I don't think this is exactly what you are asking for, but Doughty's Seeds of Disaster is an excellent review/analysis of the evolution of French operational, organizational, and mobilization doctrine between 1919 and 1939. It was the first time I read about French plans/doctrine where after reading I felt I understood why they did what they did, and it made perfect sense why based on the assumptions and problems they were trying to solve, and yet why some of those decisions did not turn out well. Highly recommend that book.

The Handbook of the French Army 1940, by British General Staff, has some high level mobilization information. It was originally written in the early 1930s with some updates in 1940 before the Brittish made available presumably to their officers.

Lee Sharpe's excellent organizational series has mobilization information within it; I think mobilization was a planned topic for a future volume.

Have Doughtys book on my shelf. It has some tantalizing hints. The other two are now on my reading list.
