Gentlemen,

I am new here in this section and hope to get some help. I am searching for detailed infos about Robert Blue (1868 - 1942). He should have been USN surgeon and later Surgeon General, Public Health Service, as far as I know.

There was a Surgeon General named Rupert Blue 1868 - 1948
